We are principals in search of boutique hotels and inn's. However, we represent a select group of clients in search of urban, rural, ski resort and carribean style luxury resorts where they can be easily rebranded and remanaged. No tire kickers and must be direct to the selling principal. We're also seeking equity partners for several high end opportunities.
