The Super 8 is well located on Highway 69 in Prescott Valley. It was opened in 1997 and has been managed by one of the partners. Prescott Valley is located in Yavapai County in Central Arizona and approximately 85 miles north of Phoenix. The Motel has a nicely furnished, large lobby area plus breakfast service bar with tables and chairs for the guests' use during complementary coffee and donuts. There is a very large laundry room with two Speed Queen #100 dryers and one Continental #70 washer. All equipment and linens are owned. The land is fee simple (owned) and approximately 1.9 acres in size.
