Complete facility resort, located on beautiful Seeley Lake,
deep in the mountains of Montana. Its facilities include a motel, cabins,
restaurant, café, Saloon, RV spaces and Old Town. The resort operate
on a year round basis.
High season rates are charged in both summer and winter.
This is a gorgeous property consisting of 30+ deeded acres with Forest Service land on three sides. It is the largest deeded parcel of land on Seeley Lake. The café and motel sit on 4+/- acres with 750 feet of Highway 83 frontage. Highway 83 is a main route to Glacier National Park.
Old Town includes a livery and stable, blacksmith shop, express office, church, trading post, schoolhouse, jailhouse, and land office.
The Church houses a beautiful hand crafted altar that was imported from Milan, Italy around the turn of the century.
It is ideal for large banquets, wedding receptions, or corporate gatherings. The Saloon has full liquor, gambling, and catering licenses.
It is two stories high and boasts a unique interior design with food and entertainment facilities on the first floor and a large mezzanine upstairs that looks down over the lower level.
The Saloon is also rented for private functions at $1,000 to $1,500 per day.
The lodging facilities include a motel, six modern cabins with log and wood interiors, two rustic cabins, three bungalows, and a bunkhouse. The bunkhouse features 10 bunks (20 beds).
The motel rooms have either 1 queen or 2 twin beds, bathroom with shower, TV, air conditioning, phone. There is also one suite which has 2 bedrooms.
The RV sites have electricity, water, and sewer as well as a picnic table and fire ring.
The tent campsites are closer to the lake than the full RV Hookups and have use of the shower house and portable toilets
Camp 9 was part of an original logging camp during the early thirties through the forties. This building is 140 feet long and can seat up to 100 people. It has a kitchen and porch with outdoor cooking facilities.
The camp is popular with family reunions and company picnics that enjoy preparing their own meals.
The bunkhouse is attached to Camp 9.
Summer attractions include Morrell Falls, Bob Marshall Wilderness Area and other hiking trails, as well as all types of watersports on Seeley Lake. A golf course is only 2 miles away.
Winter activities cater primarily to snowmobiling. Seeley Lake has consistently
been ranked as one of the top ten snowmobile destinations in the West.

The resort offers excellent access to all local snowmobile trails directly from the property. Guests can ride their snowmobile right up to the cabin or motel door. The area has over 350 miles of groomed trails and several hundred more miles of off-trail riding.
