In 2005, the owners of the unfinished housing Graciano Sela and farm make the transformation of this building into a project that I restore, rehabilitate and concluded the palace into a tourist complex of the highest category for Luxury Hotel, CASTLE FOREST THE ZOREDA, and a multipurpose building, a new building, which offers individuals, companies and various corporations magnificent facilities that allow celebrate all kinds of social events and are surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens. The multipurpose building was opened in August 2008 and the hotel opened in January 2009.
The hotel has rooms in the basement and in the beautifully decorated main floor, which can accommodate 12 to 50 people, well suited for lunches and private meetings, seeking a discreet, comfortable and secluded place. The hotel has 25 rooms that are true havens of peace, ideal for rest calm and quiet places, which helps a beautiful decoration in which antiques and others who follow the standards of the most demanding quality wisely mixed.
The basement floor is dedicated mostly to a health center, health and beauty, a luxury spa. Spa services and health care offer and is open to the general public, not just hotel guests.
