MOVING AND NEEDS TO BE SOLD!!! I have owned this 144 unit hotel for 4 years and am relocating and need to sell it asap.This Hotel is in a prime area with the us hockey hall of fame next door. It is in a huge outdoors person area with trails leaving the building for all here snowmobiling,biking,hiking, off road 4x4 hunting fishing and right on the major Hwy leading into Canada.We are in the middle of a big rehab on it and there is still lots to do. This motel once sold for 3.75 mil and could easily be worth that again. The motel when up and running (it is closed at this time) took in over 2 mil every year. I will look at offers right now. It's not listed and I am not looking for someone to list with so please don't ask.
