The Ski Resort Hotel for sale is located in the Köroğlu Mountains of Turkey, only 2 hours from Ankara and 3 hours from İstanbul.

Although currently the hotel operates only in the winter, it can be open all year because of its close proximity to major cities and attractions such as Abant Lake, Yedigoller, Aladag Fields, Bolu city and historical sites.
