The franchise hotel has 51 units, (All suites are 2 room suites, also includes 6 executive suites with different floor plans), Banquet room / Meeting space for about 150 people).
Renovation was started from July 08 to come up to brand standards and requirements, renovation are completed in Apr 09. During this time of renovation the hotel was running at 50%, with 50% rooms not open for rent.
