Our Inn has 11 regular rooms, 3 efficiency apartments, 1 one bedroom apartment and a 3 bedroom owner's quarters on 5 acres of land.

The Inn also has an 18 seat, licensed, restaurant which at this time serves only breakfast.

The property has a 300 foot frontage on the river, with a private beach and barbecue area as well as a hot tub.

We have the highest occupancy rate in the area and an extraordinarily high repeat guest rate. The infrastructure and zoning allow an additional 10 unit expansion.

Last year there were over half a million visitors to this town of about 3,000 people. The visitors included skiers, golfers, kayakers, hikers, colorful fall foliage viewers, and other vacationers seeking tranquility and beautiful scenery.
